Solo/Ensemble Form - Mrs. Sanders will use this to register you on the computer. If you sign up to participate, then you need to follow through. One event is covered by the band through your band dues, and if you do not show up, that will be a waste of the band's money. You will be expected to reimburse the band if you do not show up at the festival. All students not participating in the festival will play in class for a grade. I strongly encourage this festival because it is a great learning experience. Students achieving a superior or excellent rating at the festival will be given medals at the awards banquet.

Total money turned in (one event is covered with band dues - If only doing one event, amount owed is $0. It is $5 per extra event. For example - a solo and a duet would be $5, as solo and two duets would be $10, etc.... Money is due no later than Wed. 3/7. Make checks payable to Appling Band Boosters.
